Ready Mix Plaster
Packaging: 50 Kg Bag
SARWIN Ready-Mix Plaster 1:4 Ratio is manufactured in modern dry mix plant with computerized batch process.
Plaster is ready to use by just mixing water at site. This process eliminates job-site mixing practices. Hence it
gives consistent quality with required sand mesh sizes in exact proportion which is most important for compactness of plaster. Further to have desired workability, less rebounding losses, required slump properties and overall durability, polymers are added in Sarwinplast Ready-Mix Plaster.

METHOD OF USAGE
PREPARATION, MIXING & APPLICATION:
- The substrate needs to be clean and free from dust, grease and Loose adhering particles, etc. else it will affect the bonding of the plaster to the surface.
- The porous and absorbent substrates need to be pre-wetted prior to application of Sarwinplast Ready-Mix Plaster to prevent premature loss of water from the plaster
- This will ensure that thin layer can be applied without cracking problems and proper cement hydration and adherence of the mortar to the substrate is attained.
- Use 9-10 liters of clean water per every 50 kg of Sarwinplast Ready-Mix Plaster
- Pour the Sarwinplast Ready-Mix Plaster while mixing for 5-10 minutes with hand or mechanical mixer is recommended for better result and achieve a good consistency
- Do not over mix (Depending on the speed of mixing equipment
- Allow mixture to stand for 5 minutes for additives to dissolve completely. Re-mix again for about 2 minutes just before use.(Do not over mix
- Now add water to the mixture. Hard and set plaster should not be mixed again
- The correct ratio of water and Sarwinplast Ready-Mix Plaster is essential for excellent plastering.
- Apply plaster to the substrate, using some pressure while finishing with a steel trowel or wooden float to ensure optimum bonding of the plaster to the substrate surface.
- For better sticking of the plaster, the prepared surface should be rough.
- Once the mixture is prepared, it should be applied within one hour.
- Sarwinplast Ready-Mix Plaster can be used for exterior and well as interior wall
HOW TO APPLY:
