Eco-Lite Gypsum Plaster
Gypsum Plasters can be applied directly to brick walls, concrete blocks, or RCC surfaces. Gypsum Plasters usually come in ready mix bags. Extract the powder in a dry vessel and mix it with water. The mixture has to be stirred for 2-3 minutes and check the thickness of plaster that needs to be applied on the wall. It should not be more than 12 mm applying Gypsum plaster to solid surface with firm pressure. As the plaster stiffens, carry out further flattening. When the plaster is sufficiently firm, scour the surface with sponge float & water as required to trowel the surface progressively to get a smooth Matt finish. Finish surface should be protected from continuous exposure to moisture. Prolonged or repeated exposure to moisture may cause a loss of strength and/or adhesion. Painting work should only be started once the surface has become complete dry.

TIPS:
- Once the mix has begun to set, additional dry material should not be added, as performance properties of plaster will get altered, thus affecting workability, cohesiveness, adhesion and strength.
- A single coat should not exceed more than 8 mm to 10 mm of thickness. If at all thickness required is more than 8 mm to 10 mm, then plaster needs to be applied in multiple coats.
- Use the material instantly after mixing
- Sarwin gypsum plaster should not be applied on surface which is subjected continuous seepage or dampness

- Increase of contact with eyes for open wound rings out quickly with fresh water
